Hi, I’m Claudia
I’m a holistic therapist working with adults, children, and babies through Systematic Kinesiology and Reflexology. My approach is calm, integrative, and always tailored to the individual.
I support people who feel out of balance — physically, emotionally, or energetically — and who want a gentle, whole-body approach that works with the body rather than against it.
My work comes from both professional training and lived experience.
For many years, I know what it felt like to be exhausted, to struggle with sleep, and to react to foods without understanding why. My blood tests often came back “normal,” and I was told everything was fine — even though I didn’t feel well. Medication was usually the only solution offered, but it never addressed what was really going on. That experience strongly influences how I work with clients today.
I grew up on a small farm in Bavaria, surrounded by nature, animals, and home-grown food. Being connected to the land, plants, and natural rhythms was simply part of everyday life. Looking back, that environment was my first understanding of balance, nourishment, and well-being.
As an adult, I lived and worked in several countries, including England, Austria, the Middle East, and Spain. Living a busy, fast-paced life showed me how strongly our health is influenced by stress, environment, routine, and whether we feel settled or constantly “on the go”.I’m also a mother of three boys. Parenthood deepened my understanding of how sensitive our nervous systems are especially in babies and children and how important gentle, supportive care can be during demanding phases of life.Alongside this, my own health began to suffer. I experienced insomnia, food sensitivities, allergies, thyroid issues, ongoing fatigue, and digestive imbalances. Through studying nutrition, lifestyle approaches, environmental health, Systematic Kinesiology, and later Reflexology, I began to understand that my body wasn’t broken it was overloaded. As I learned how to support my nervous system, gut health, and reduce hidden stressors, my health gradually improved. At the same time, it became clear that this was the kind of support I wanted to offer others the kind I had once been searching for myself.Today, my work is calm, gentle, and holistic. I work with the body’s own feedback, using muscle testing and Reflexology to identify underlying stressors physical, emotional, nutritional, or environmental. Sessions are never rushed or forced, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.I believe the body gives us valuable information when we listen carefully, and that real change happens when someone feels safe, heard, and supported. Supporting gut health, nervous system regulation, and overall balance is central to my work with both adults and children.

Outside of my work as a therapist, family life has always been an important part of my world. Raising our boys has taught me a lot about balancing responsibilities, time, and energy.
I’ve been living in Ireland for over ten years, and as my boys are almost ready to fly the nest, I’m really enjoying this new phase of life. My husband and I love discovering more of the island together — going for walks with our dog, Safa, getting outdoors, and heading off on small adventures whenever we can.
Movement is a big part of who I am. I run dance and wellness classes in my local community, simply because I love it. For me, dance is joy, sweat, rhythm, and freedom — a chance to move, laugh, feel alive, and connect. You’ll often find me in summer wandering along hedgerows collecting berries, or at home baking, cooking, or out walking the dog.
If you’re feeling out of balance, exhausted, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself, you’re very welcome to get in touch. We can take things gently, one step at a time.

Each session is tailored to you. You’ll be welcomed into a peaceful space where you can slow down and feel safe. After a short consultation, we’ll use one or both of the following approaches:

🦶 Reflexology uses gentle pressure on specific points on the feet to encourage relaxation, ease tension, and support the body's own healing responses. It’s deeply calming and often described as grounding and restorative

💛 Systematic Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to identify imbalances in four key areas: structural, chemical/nutritional, emotional, and energetic. Once we understand where the body needs support, we apply gentle corrections using a variety of techniques — including energy work, acupressure, nutritional advice, and emotional balancing tools
These sessions are non-invasive, respectful, and deeply nurturing. You don’t need to “do” anything just come as you are.
Please share a little about yourself and what you’re looking for support with. You can also let me know if you have any questions. I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
